Watering Schedule Email Notification Available
Add email address with Online Account Management
Water shortages can change the watering schedule and non-compliance can result in a fine. The Pinellas County Department of Environment & Infrastructure (DEI) has the ability to send an email watering restriction notification to customers using up-to-date email addresses.
With the Utilities My eAccount service from Pinellas County DEI, customers can provide their email address anytime. The service helps customers stay connected, wherever their busy schedule takes them. With email notifications about water shortage conditions, customers will receive timely information about water restriction changes and the authorized schedule.
With today’s rapidly changing world, having current information is even more important. Normal business hours can’t accommodate everyone. The My eAccount service is designed to provide a more convenient option for customers to access account information and change their mailing address, phone number and email address. Customers can also securely manage their utility account, view and update account details, enroll in paperless billing, view and compare bills, register for an automatic payment plan, make a payment, submit moving information and find answers to questions.
Don't miss important notifications. Customers are encouraged to go to Utilities My eAccount and add or update their email address. To access your account, visit www.pinellascounty.org/utilities and click on the Utilities My eAccount button. For more information, contact Customer Service at (727) 464-4000.
