10-Year-Old Calls Cops on Father for Battering Mother, Say Deputies
Nolan Miura was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with domestic battery.
A 10-year-old girl had to run to a neighbor's East Lake home on Feb. 15 to call 911 on her father for allegedly violently grabbing her mother.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has arrested 31-year-old Nolan Miura of 3539 Hampshire Ct. and charged him with domestic battery and tampering with a witness.
According to the arrest affidavits, Miura grabbed the victim’s right arm and pinned it behind her back.
Authorities said he then took all the phones in the home, including the victim's cell phone and landline phones.
That is when the victim had her daughter go to a neighbor's home to call police, authorities said.
Miura has been released on two bonds of $7,500.

Thanks Bill, was not aware of that. So, that would be a felony tampering with a witness charge?

If you run his name in who's in jail the statute is listed and the lower case m of f denotes misdemeanor or felony for the charge.
