Innisbrook Drive Still Closed by Sinkhole

A large hole formed in the road sometime last Thursday evening.

Innisbrook Drive, which connects US 19 and Belcher Rd and leads to the in is still closed, almost a week after a sinkhole formed in the road.

ParkCrest apartment complex manager, Barbara Bayless says crews are working to fix the sinkhole which formed in the road last Thursday evening. Bayless says she has not been told when the hole will be repaired or what caused it to form.

The westbound lane of Innisbrook Drive is closed and barricades surround the hole which appears to be about four to five feet wide.
