Local Company Hiring for Multiple Positions

Looking for a job? Palm Harbor-based Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) is hiring for a wide variety of positions.

The company is undergoing a hiring boom. NTC added 20 people to the payroll in June. They were among the 66 persons hired during the second quarter of the year, according to a NTC spokesperson.

Company officials say the hiring is a result of increased activity in the mortgage industry. NTC provides post-closing services for residential mortgages and specializes in providing property reports, lien release and assignment services, final document tracking, and document retrieval and imaging.

Because the residential mortgage market is heating up, NTC is conducting more lien releases from refinancing and purchases, and is also conducting more research work, according to a NTC spokesperson.

John Hillman, who is CEO of Nationwide Title Clearing, believes the hiring boom will help strengthen the economy.

“Even though we are a national company, our employees are Tampa Bay residents,” he said. “Every hire we make helps start a series of events that could lead to a positive impact on our local economy … and eventually increase the U.S. GDP.”
