Naked, Disorderly and Intoxicated Complaint Leads to Arrest
Pinellas County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a home on Sugar Bear Trail in the Alderman Ridge subdivision two times on the evening of October 11, according to an arrest affidavit.
A Palm Harbor man was arrested on a charge of disorderly intoxication after causing a ruckus in a normally quiet neighborhood, according to information in an arrest affidavit obtained by Palm Harbor Patch.
Deputies were called to a home on Sugar Bear Trail in the Alderman Ridge subdivision two times on the evening of October 11. Someone called 911 to report that a man was naked, disorderly and intoxicated in the neighborhood, according to the arrest affidavit. During their first visit to the neighborhood, deputies were not able to locate the suspect.
Deputies later responded to another 911 call around 10:30 that night in which the caller said that the man had returned. This time, deputies found the suspect.
"I observed defendant yelling and screaming wearing only shorts on the sidewalk in this otherwise quiet neighborhood, obviously intoxicated," a deputy wrote in the report.
Deputies arrested Nicholas James Nolan, 21, who lives in a neighboring subdivision. Nolan was charged with disorderly intoxication and booked in the Pinellas County Jail. Bond was set at $100.

His photo looks an awful lot like the sketch that was released earlier this week of the suspect in the Tarpon Woods attack. Put them side by side.Does anyone agree?
