if the dog has a tag is it possible to check with Pasco County to locate the owner??

I called animal control at the number on the tag..they weren't advised that the dog
was missing..so no one has advised them..guess I will call the sancturay and see if they have found the owner...

Call the number on the tag, They will look up his number and find out who his owner is :)
