The Centre Attracts Steady Stream of Voters

Rainy weather was no deterrent as Palm Harbor residents head to the polls on Election Day.

After the morning rush of voters, The Centre in Palm Harbor faced a steady flow of voters.

The wait time around noon was less than 10 minutes, according to voters.

It was a special day for Joann Angle, 44, who was able to watch her youngest son vote for the first time earlier this morning.

Angle said that there were a number of first timers and that a chorus of clapping from other voters was heard every time one made his or her way to the polls.

As the stream of voters continues throughout the day, Angle said that this Election Day was busier than past years.

"This is the busiest I've ever seen it," said Angle.
