Updated, Nov. 26: Palm Harbor Fire Rescue has clarified Santa's route for Tuesday, Dec. 11.
Wondering when Santa Claus and his firefighter friends are coming to your neighborhood?
Palm Harbor Fire Rescue has released its schedule and route for the Christmas season. Local firefighters, antique fire trucks and Father Christmas himself will be riding through various parts of the Palm Harbor area in the first two weeks of December.
They'll begin their route at 6 p.m. and finish up between 8 and 8:30 each night at Station 66, 1123 Illinois Ave., where they'll be serving cookies and hot chocolate.
Palm Harbor Fire Rescue spokesperson Liz Monforti reminds residents that times are approximate, and for safety reasons the fire trucks will be staying on main roads and avoiding dead-end streets and cul-de-sacs so they can turn around more easily.

I love Santa on the fire truck even if I'm the only one on my street waving as he passes. Dec. 11 I will be waiting.

We were very dissapointed this year. We have lived in our house for 15 years and Santa has ALWYAS come down our street. The kids on the street stood outside for over an hour waiting on Santa to come and he never did. We heard him driving all around, but never made it even close to our street on Tues. There were a bunch of sad children waiting. :-(
