A Palm Harbor woman is accused of using her bare hands to break the security gate at Fox Chase Condos in an attempt to open the gate.
Stephanie Yocoum, 26, is charged with felony criminal mischief.
An arrest affidavit says at 12:08 a.m. on October 3, Yocoum got out of her vehicle and used her bare hands to forced open the security gate at the Belcher entrance of the Fox Chase condos. Yocoum wound up breaking the gate, causing more than $1,000 damage, according to the affidavit.
The incident was recorded by a security camera at the complex, which is how Yocoum was linked to the crime, according to an office administrator at Fox Chase condos.
Condo management refused to release the videotape to the media.
Yocoum was charged with felony criminal mischief in connection with the incident. Bond was set at $5,000.
