Deputies also say that while numerous vehicles were stopped at a red light, Kuhr used his bare hands to tear off a rear-view mirror on the driver's side of a 2011 Volkswagon Jetta.

After Kuhr was arrested, deputies say he admitted to removing the rear-view mirror because the VW Jetta cut him off. However, Kuhr denies trying to run a vehicle off the road.
