Pinellas Teachers Eligible For $5,000 Grant

Math and science teachers with great ideas are eligible for the grants.

Teachers who specialize in math and science could win up to $5,000 from WorkNet Pinellas with the right idea.

Teachers can apply for the organization’s annual grants up to $5,000 through the Pinellas Education Foundation’s 2013-14 WorkNet Pinellas Classroom Career Education Program. The grants will be awarded to projects that focus on career education awareness in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields.

Successful project ideas advance math and science knowledge and fill the demands of the STEM labor force.
