The two older people that this park employee's as maintenance, Are rude they talk poorly of the crowd that winters here. They gossip and spread rumors. The owner takes interest in renting to people just to let Kenny and Rochelle Fisher chase them off. I heard more crap here than I ever wanted., and when I left my friends that remaind there called me with in a day about their mallicious gossip about me., I would not return to this park. I have watched them enter trailer homes and pack up a renter's belongings while he was at work, and place his personal belongings in their office, with no notice or proper procedure to evict him. he had also just paid his rent two days prior. Renting trailers that leak and are full of mold. There is not a back ground check of any sort. The park turned into a drug have over night before my eyes. the other thing I disapprove of is renting to people who have no income. These people come and go so fast it was very transient. I am a single retired woman and felt truly afraid. And the rude vulgare Fisher couple absolutly drove me away
