We started going to Harvey's for lunch several years ago. In fact, before my son was born 8 years ago. Now he goes with us for lunch and orders his own special "salami roll ups" lunch, which Mike and Marsha make special for him.
If you want great food, good pricing and be treated like family, go to Harvey's. They are a 5-star act.

I've been eating at Harvey's for about the last 4 years, and I have to say, they have quite possibly the greatest cuban sandwich in Florida. That's not to saying their cuban sandwich stands out over the other ones either, their subs stand out more to me, they're stuffed completely full of high quality meats and vegetables cut up by hand daily. Just the right amount to, alot of sandwich stores throw the veggies on without even taking the time to spread them out, so lucky you, you get to have a whole mouthful of pickle in one bite and none on the next bite. Not these guys, they put just the right amount, and they take the time to make sure the sub is of perfect quality everytime.

Now on to the meats. Harvey's uses a brand called Thuman's, which I hadn't even heard of until I started eating there. It's a brand based out of New Jersey, and I would go so far as to say it's better than boars head, with just as much quality. They also have chicken, tuna and egg salad, all homemade from scratch, and made with all natural ingredients.

So let's think about this for a second, Harvey's has cuban bread from Tampa, meats and cheeses from New Jersey, Veggies from local palm harbor produce shops, AND they carry BOTH coke and pepsi products! These guys go WAY out of their way to make sure the customer gets the perfect lunch. It's a shame you don't see this kind of quality as much anymore, but why not go into Harvey's and see what real quality is.
