The cafe features a daily selection of sandwiches and soups and freshly-made desserts. Breads used in the sandwiches are baked fresh at Sweet Caroline's, which Rich Cannici Sr. says makes the cafe stand out from the rest because few restaurants bake their own breads. So far, there's no set menu because the staff wants to be able to modify the offerings to suit customers' desires, according to Cannici, who is overseeing marketing for the new cafe.
