Replythank you for these well writen comments and I agree on many fronts. Cleanliness is SUCH an issue. when I owned restaurants the plumbers and electricians told me they ate on my buisnesses because they had worked on my wiritng and new the kitchen was so clean.
Every business should have the letter grade signs posted-NYC is spot onyou know, it is funny, I wirote for several publications that the editors dont want us to write negatbive comments--??? hmm does it hurt their advertising. Probably momentarily. I have been harrased for months from an outragious restaurant owner that blames ME for what someone else wrote-
I promise to be fair in my comments on this blog and also promise not to bash a place. We need to remember that everyone has a bad day BUT some things are unforgivable. -
