Mathew Eberius, CPRP, is a nationally-recognized parks and recreation professional who has been recognized for his drive and ambition to improve the quality of life for the community. 

Eberius is the recipient of the Florida Recreation & Park Association's Distinguished Young Professional Award, nominated for his work in bringing improvements to the field of recreation, including implementation of new programming policies and administration of a teen volunteer program.

As President and Founder of the Showcase Arts Foundation, a registered 501c3 organization in Clearwater, Eberius has spearheaded bringing community theater to areas that have no access to the arts.

Eberius is a member of the Florida Recreation & Park Association, the American Camp Association and the National Notary Association.

He is currently the Recreation Program Specialist and Camps Coordinator for Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation, overseeing programming and camps for the parks and recreation department.
