Patricia Massey Welter opened Suncoast Pilates, the area's first Pilates and personal training studio. in 1997. She is a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Teacher, Second Generation Pilates Teacher, Lolita San Miguel Pilates Master, Balanced Body Pilates and CoreAlign Master Instructor and owner and Director of Pilates for Suncoast. She is a Certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 Instructor. Patricia holds numerous certifications in the Pilates and fitness industry and has been featured in both Pilates Style and IDEA Fitness Journal national magazines. She has written numerous Pilates and fitness articles for online publications, and local magazines and newspapers, and has been featured on Channel 8. She is a renown Pilates teacher, working with local clients and teaching Pilates education to Pilates instructors from around the world.
