I am the owner of ZentoYou.com - a mobile massage service that provides in-home therapeutic massage and bodywork to the greater Palm Harbor area including East Lake, Crystal Beach and Ozona. 

Throughout my experience as a licensed massage therapist, I have delivered thousands of client treatments, incorporating an assortment of techniques and modalities to custom design effective treatments based on the specific needs of each individual client. You may want a relaxation massage to relieve you of your daily stresses or to help with insomnia, anxiety or headaches. If you have a specific muscular issue that needs to be addressed or are preparing for a sporting event, I can create a treatment for you. <br><br>In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida, I am nationally certified for therapeitic massage and bodywork and a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). My specialties include swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage and hot stone. Based on your needs an assortment of techniques may be incorporated into your session, including passive/active stretching, muscle energy techniques, shiatsu, focused breathing, trigger point therapy, ice/heat therapy. The objective is to use the most efficient technique to address the particular issue, or issues, you may be experiencing.<br><br>As a graduate of the Massage and Bodywork program at Sunstate Academy in Clearwater, Florida, I have worked both independently and in clinical/spa settings.
